Meet your Doula

My
Story

I began my doula journey in 2024, shortly after several of my friends started their own birth journeys. Witnessing the beauty and intensity of pregnancy and birth made me wonder: why is bringing life into this world such a joyful experience for some, yet so traumatic for others?

That question inspired me to take a doula training course through DONA International, where I immediately felt called to share what I learned. I realized the best way to do that was by becoming a doula myself—supporting women through one of the most emotional and transformative experiences of their lives, and reminding them that they are safe, seen, and heard.

Outside of birth work, I’ve also found grounding and peace in nature. Working with a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) business in Kenosha, WI, gave me the opportunity to connect deeply with the earth and appreciate the natural cycles of life. It made me reflect: what more could I do to feel truly fulfilled?

I’ve always trusted my intuition and stood by what feels right for my body, embracing the strength and wisdom that come with being a woman. Learning about the challenges many women face during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum awakened something in me—a desire to advocate for them during their most vulnerable and powerful moments. I want every woman to know that her body and mind are extraordinary, and that within her lies the strength to bring life into the world with confidence and grace.

I am continually in awe of the resilience and beauty of the female body—how it endures, adapts, and transforms.

My goal as a doula is to help women recognize that power within themselves and to honor the incredible work of art their bodies truly are.
