Newborn Baby

Overnight Doula

As your overnight doula, I’m here to support you overnight so you can get the rest you deserve. I’ll soothe and feed your baby, handle light chores like laundry and dishes, and help create a calm, restful environment.

Daytime Doula

As your daytime doula, I’ll provide the same nurturing support as an overnight doula—just during the day. I’ll care for your baby, prep meals, support feeding, and give you the rest and reassurance you need.

All Services Include

  • Assistance with diapering, bathing, swaddling, and soothing techniques

  • Guidance on feeding

  • A listening ear and helping process your birth experience

  • Support with postpartum healing, including cesarean recovery 

  • Helping older children adjust to the new family dynamic 

  • Including partners in the caregiving process and addressing any concerns
