I believe every family deserves compassionate, evidence-based birth support. To help make doula care more accessible, I offer my birth doula services on a sliding scale of $300 to $500.
I invite you to choose an amount within that range that best reflects your current financial situation. Regardless of where you fall on the scale, every client receives the same dedicated care, support, and commitment throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period.
It’s thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.
Included in this package:

Prenatal visits to explore pregnancy, birth preferences, labor support options, advocacy, and postpartum planning

Ongoing communication and support throughout your entire pregnancy

24/7 on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks

Physical comfort measures and pain management techniques during labor, including breathing, movement, massage, and position changes

Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and birth

Immediate postpartum care, including breastfeeding support right after birth

One optional postpartum follow-up visit to check in on recovery, newborn care, and feeding

Connection to a lactation consultant within the first week postpartum, if needed

Optional birth and postpartum photography, capturing meaningful early moments
